
1 banana
1/4 cups of raisins
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 to three tablespoons of coconut oil
Cook oatmeal in purified water. Use 1 ½ cups of water per ½ cup oatmeal. Bring
to a boil stirring frequently. Add raisins and turn down heat and simmer for two
minutes. Add coconut oil then remove from stove and add sliced banana.
